Concatenate

Node Join
JoinTwo or more Data Tables→ Data Table

Stack two or more tables' rows into one, matching columns by name.

Beschrijving

Stacks every connected table's rows into a single table, matching columns by name across however many tables are connected — the opposite axis from Horizontal Stack, which combines column-wise by position instead. A column present in only some of the input tables is left blank for rows coming from a table that didn't have it, rather than being dropped or causing an error.

Best geschikt voor

  • Combining several months' worth of exports, each with the same columns, into one table
  • Merging tables from different sources that share most but not all column names
  • Stacking output from multiple PDF Converter or Filter branches back into one table

Hoe te gebruiken

1Connect two or more tables
Wire at least two upstream tables into Concatenate's input.
2Run
No further configuration is needed — rows from every connected table are stacked automatically, matched by column name.

Tips & Opmerkingen

Column names must match exactly
Concatenate matches purely on column name — run Column Edit first on any table with differently-named but equivalent columns so they line up.
